WELCOME TO ZAA'S GUIDE FOR INVESTMENTS IN BRAZIL

When we, the co-authors of this article, researched information on Brazil available to those outside of the country, we realized that most information was not up to date and did not highlight the current issues facing the foreign investor. Therefore we have designed this site in a manner which we hope will organize the material in a more useful, user friendly and convenient format.

The co-authors (we) are managing partners in ZULIAN ADVOGADOS ASSOCIADOS/ Zulian Consulting, a law firm located in Campinas,  São Paulo State in Brazil. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the finest in legal consultation and offer both transaction and litigation services.

This outline attempts to ease the comprehension of the political and legal environmental of business in Brazil. Business nowadays is truly international and lawyers as well as business people must have a basic understanding of other legal systems.
